Rock Hill Business & Community Association
The Rock Hill Business and Community Association acts as the local chamber of commerce for the hamlet of Rock Hill. The Association, which numbers over 120 members, works to maintain the quality of businesses in the area, encourages new businesses to locate here, hosts community events and help to enhance the overall appearance of Rock Hill.
Members include community members, insurance companies, real estate brokers, local elected officials, a grocery/hardware store, restaurants, landscapers, law firms, builders and more.
To further the spirit of community, the Association sponsors a Farmers' Market, a St. Patrick's Day Parade, A Summer Concert Series and works year round on beautification and aesthetic improvement projects. The Association meets on the third Wednesday of each month and always welcomes new members.
Sullivan County Volunteer Firefighters Association
Established in 1926, the SCVFA goals include advancements and improvements for Sullivan County volunteer firefighters through training, equipment and communications, as well as promoting comradery and community. Village of Monticello, NY
Located off NYS Route 17 (future I-86), the Village of Monticello is approximately mid-way between New York City and Binghamton. Monticello is the largest community of the Sullivan County Catskills and home to the Monticello Raceway. Monticello serves as the county seat and the Sullivan County Government Center is also in the Village.
